24 HR CANCELLATION POLICY

Your Appointment is important to us

and are reserved especially for you!!

We kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hrs. prior to your appts.

A fee will be charged for No Shows & any Cancellations under 24hrs.

$50 fee for cleaning appointments.

$100 fee for restorative appointments. 

 

Please note that these fees will not be covered by your insurance company, nor will they apply to future treatments. After two consecutive cancellation fees assessed, there will be a requirement of a full deposit in advance of treatment to re-schedule.
